Certification:

​

Certification is issued with all of our electrical work where appropriate  as standard.  We also inspect and test existing installations giving advise and guidance on the level of electrical safety currently in practise. From there we can recommend any upgrades or amendments that may be necessary  for your home or business.

Instances when Inspection And Testing May be required:

  • Change of occupancy​

  • Change of properties purpose

  • Landlord Reports for insurance and tenant safety.

  • To Identify  any defective electrical work

  • To find any potential electric shock hazards and fire hazards

  • Electrical services failing to function as required.

 

Types of  certification:

Electrical Installation Certificate - eg: New Circuits, Consumer Units, 

Minor Works Certificate - eg: Adding a socket or lighting point to an existing circuit, changing an accessory, 

Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) formally known as a Periodic inspection report - eg: Change of occupancy, Landlord safety report, verify the safety of a current installation as recommended

Everybody wants a good quality service at fair price and we will deliver this by using quality materials along with good tradesman ship. All jobs are certified on completion and a certificate provided. 

 

We serve all post codes within Newcastle Upon Tyne and Gateshead for any job big or small.  For larger projects we are prepared to travel as required subject to agreement.
